The products in The Mercantile will ship directly from the brand listed on the product purchased. The packaging and shipping updates will reference the item's original brand/vendor as well, and you may receive promotional updates from them. This Collective format cuts down on cost and waste, and ensures you get your item(s) in a timely manor!

No, Mercantile products will not go on sale, and are excluded from any other side-wide promotions, discount codes, offers and rewards. They are available to us through a Collective (think: e-commerce co-op), and the pricing is set by the respective vendors. Thanks for understanding!

No product at Anchor Merit is available for a return or exchange. However, in the unfortunate event that something was damaged in shipping, please let us know and we will be happy to make it right.
